Hi, my name is Richard Orduno; a realtor hoping to help you with your real estate needs. A little bit about myself is that I was born and raised in Lawrenceville, GA, and come from a family of 6. Throughout my life I always wanted to be a doctor, lawyer, pilot, and teacher, although it wasn't till my last year of high school, I decided I wanted to get in the real estate business. How'd I get into it, you may ask? I'll tell you a little story.....my parents have known Laura Delgado since way before I was born. I met Laura around the age of 8, and have known her since then. I noticed how good she was at her job and wanted to be like her one day. A little after I turned 18, I went with my dad to her office because he was buying a house with her brokerage. I decided to ask her how I could become a realtor, and if she recommended me becoming one at such a young age. She gave me all the information I needed to become one, but I had intrusive thoughts about it, like what if this wasn't the job for me. I got over it, and decided to take the course, passed my exams, and became a realtor. Thanks to Laura I am the realtor that I am today, and can't wait to continue growing!
